I’ve been told that it’s Thursday today, but who knows for sure. The Busy-Lazy boys spent most of Wednesday hanging out at home, cooking and eating whatever was salvageable from the fridge and freezer. I’ve been feeling restless and useless, so I cleaned my home office and raked out the front and back yards. Cell service at the Busy-Lazy Shack is awful, so we’ve resorted to walking down the street to take calls or send e-mails. Obvs Tumblring had taken a back seat. My office in the city is closed for the rest of the week due to power outages. Thankfully there’s still power in town, so we’ve been camping out at the library or the pub. It’s nice because all of the local merchants have let residents plug in to power their devices. It’s amazing how many things need electricity. On the news, I’ve heard folks say good riddance to the Jersey Shore. Judging an entire state based on the cast of an inane reality show is misguided. I doubt people blame the entire state of California for the Kardashians. I’ve been impressed by Gov. Chris Christie. Maybe there’s still hope for him after all.
