Busy daddy stopped by the local bakery to order a cake and cupcakes for the boy’s birthday party next weekend. The bakery is adorbz and the eats are yum, but the people who work there are, in a word, rude. You’d think they’d want to at least pretend to care or make an effort. Whatevs. I mean, the cakes are good and stuff but they’re not so good that they compensate for poor service. I can’t imagine a business surviving very long if they treat their customers with such disdain.
At least the dude who helped busy daddy with the boy’s cake order seemed nice.

A cake and cupcakes? Heaven. I hope your son has a wonderful birthday. Expecting more details as the date draws closer.

Thats a classic syndrome in bakeries. Theyre like small business elitists. Its something Ive noticed for a long time. You would think that people who worked with baked goods, all that sugar and sweet smelling air around you, would be pleasant. Weird.
