The boy has been enthusiastic about helping out around my parents’ house. And boy do we need it! As much as the boy and I hate don’t care for nature, he was happy to help his lazy auntie with some yard work. The mosquitoes out here are Jurassic-Park-sized buggers, and since we didn’t bring any long pants or long-sleeved shirts for the boy, busy daddy bought him a Red Power Ranger outfit to keep the bugs at bay.
Have I mentioned that the weather has been mostly craptastic? Rainy, humid, and muggy. Ugh. Busy daddy told me that he has a nice vacation surprise tomorrow for the Busy-Lazy boys, though. We’ll see what happens!
