Chris G had to reschedule our session this morning, so I ended up working out on my own. Which meant I roamed around aimlessly at the gym, occasionally doing a few pull-ups or push-ups or burpees. I’ll tell you what, left to my own devices, I would probably just sulk in the corner of the gym, hating everyone for their “commitment” to fitness.

I ended up riding the stationary bike for half an hour. Turns out, the bike is my new favorite piece of gym equipment because I barely have to be awake! Plus, I could theoretically eat a cupcake and stuff, if I wanted. Protip: The Greatest Hits of Devo turns out to be a pretty good soundtrack for a workout. Who knew?
